Golden Oldies
Old cars are like fine wines, if stored in a cool, dry, darkened place for many years they are appreciated all the more when they eventually see the light of day. Here at Chris Watson & Sons we take great interest in the classics we aquire, most of which have been stored in an old barn or dissused garage, and have been parked up with the intention of eventually restoring or repairing them. The first example is a 1953 Standard 8 which is of particular interest to somebody having the same model. The Volkswagen beetle would be of interest to anyone building a kit car, a trike, a project car, or simply looking for parts for their similar model. Other models are always changing and we often know of customers who have complete vehicles for sale and we are only too happy to put buyer and seller in contact.
